We review each resident’s medical history, daily routines, mobility, medication needs, and personal care requirements before creating a care plan.

Yes. Residents may receive hospice, home health, therapy, and other approved outside services while living at Family Ties.

Our small 6-resident setting allows for more personal attention, familiar routines, direct communication with families, and a calm home-like environment.
